1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Recipe Grab (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Recipe Grab is a mobile application developed and operated by Third Orbit Labs LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). Recipe Grab extracts recipes from any URL and organizes them into a personal cookbook with smart grocery lists.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

The App may offer auto-renewable subscriptions. By purchasing a subscription:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Your subscription automatically renews unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of the selected plan.
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.

All payments are processed by Apple. We do not collect or store your payment information. Refund requests should be directed to Apple through their standard process.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Not use the App for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
• Not interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality.
• Respect the intellectual property rights of recipe authors and websites from which recipes are imported.

5. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Third Orbit Labs LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Recipes imported into the App remain the intellectual property of their respective authors. The App facilitates personal organization of publicly available recipe content.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-extracted recipe content. Always verify ingredients and cooking instructions, especially regarding allergens and food safety.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Third Orbit Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
